Who do I contact for a quote or to sign up?

The amazing thing about being app-based is that we allow you access to everything all the time. Need a quote? Simply visit our quote site where you can fill in a few details and instantly get a quote before signing up. You can get multiple quotes if you’re thinking of insuring multiple items.

Ready to sign up for cover? Call centres are so last year! All you need to do is download the Granadilla app here and follow the in-app prompts to create an account. Once you’re on the app, our friendly bot assistant Nandi will help you along the way. You’ll be #CoveredByGranadilla quicker than Usain Bolt’s 100m dash.

Who do I contact if I need to claim?

Claiming can usually feel like you’re being dragged through a muddy obstacle course with 10kg weights on each ankle- but with Granadilla, it’s a leisurely stroll in the park! Simply log onto the app on your phone and click “claim”. You can find out more here  Wayde, our helpful claims bot, will assist you every step of the way. Wayde will ask you all the right questions to help the process go as smoothly as possible. We do all the “dirty work” when you sign up so that if you ever need to claim, you can do it in 2 seconds! Who do I contact if I’m having trouble with my app?

We try to put the power in your hands but sometimes you need some help. We all know that technology can act up at times, so we’ve made sure to have some channels available for you should you ever need to contact us.
